Stillpoint Terms and Community Rules

Wellness support only

Stillpoint provides education, reflection, reminders, and coping exercises. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or replace a clinician. Never stop or change medication without speaking with the prescribing professional.

Emergency safety

Stillpoint is not monitored as an emergency service. If you may harm yourself or someone else, cannot stay safe, or have serious or new physical symptoms, contact local emergency services immediately. In India call 112; Tele-MANAS is available at 14416.

Accounts

Keep credentials and verification codes private. You are responsible for activity through your account. You can use essential offline calming tools without creating an account.

Stillpoint Plus

Eligible users may receive a seven-day trial through Google Play. Before confirmation, Google Play displays the trial duration, localized renewal price and billing period. Unless cancelled through Google Play before the trial ends, the subscription automatically renews. Essential calming and urgent-help tools remain available without Plus. Kindness Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and may only be redeemed for the rewards displayed in the app.

Stillpoint Circle

You must be at least 18 to use the community. Be supportive and do not share phone numbers, email addresses, social handles, links, photos, addresses, sexual content, threats, harassment, self-harm instructions, medical misinformation, or illegal content. Private chat requires mutual consent. Report unsafe content and block unwanted contact. We may remove content, restrict accounts, and cooperate with lawful safety requests.

Mobile Detox

Detox is a voluntary focus aid, not tamper-proof parental control or device management. Android always permits system-level recovery, permission changes, and uninstall. Calls, messages, Settings, and emergency access remain available for safety.
