Delete your Stillpoint account
In the Android app open More → Account & Sync → Optional online sync, then choose Delete my account and online data. Confirming permanently deletes the account, login sessions, opted-in sync records, community posts, private-chat requests and messages, group memberships, reports, and other data linked through the account.
Data stored only on your phone is not removed by server deletion. Clear it from Android app storage or uninstall Stillpoint.
Deleting a Stillpoint account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the account removes the Stillpoint entitlement record, Kindness Points and redemption history linked to it, except records that must be retained for fraud prevention, financial reconciliation or law.
If you cannot access the app, email rm21011993@gmail.com from the registered address with subject “Stillpoint account deletion”. We will verify ownership before deletion. Security and legal records may be retained only where required.
