Stillpoint Privacy Policy

Stillpoint is operated by RT Creatives. It is a wellness support app for managing anxious moments and building coping habits. It is not a medical, diagnostic, or emergency service.

Data you choose to provide

The app can store journals, CBT records, activities, food entries, plant-care records, preferences, a trusted contact, and wellbeing check-ins on your device. An account is optional for core calming tools. If you enable online sync, only the categories you switch on are sent to our server. Community posts, group messages, private-chat messages, reports, account email, verification status, and an anonymous alias are stored online when those features are used.

Device permissions

Notifications deliver reminders. Vibration and audio provide eyes-free calming cues. Physical-activity access supports step counting. The optional Accessibility Service powers user-started Mobile Detox: it observes which app becomes active so it can show the distraction shield. It is configured not to retrieve screen content and does not read messages, passwords, or typed text. Detox information is not sold or used for advertising.

Subscriptions and rewards

Google Play processes subscription payments and provides Stillpoint with purchase tokens, product status and entitlement dates. Stillpoint stores a one-way hash of a verified purchase token. Kindness Points, reward events, redemptions and Plus entitlement dates are stored with your account to prevent duplicate claims and restore access. We do not receive or store your payment-card details.

Use, sharing, and retention

We use data to provide requested app features, authentication, sync, subscriptions, rewards, safety moderation, abuse prevention, and service reliability. We do not sell personal data. Service providers including VPS hosting, email delivery and Google Play process limited data on our behalf. Local data remains until you clear it or uninstall. Online account data remains until you delete the account, subject to limited security, legal, financial-record and abuse-prevention retention.

Security and choices

Network traffic uses HTTPS. Passwords are hashed, login uses an emailed second step, and opted-in private sync categories are encrypted on the server. No system is completely secure. You may keep the app local-only, disable individual sync categories, revoke permissions, delete cloud copies, or delete your full account.

Community and age

Stillpoint Circle is for adults aged 18 or older. Text is screened for contact details and users can report or block others. Content may be reviewed to protect users and enforce community rules.
